We always handle our sympathy work with great care and sensitivity.  This is the final gift one makes to a loved one who has passed away and we aim to make the process as easy as we can.  We always prefer to chat in person, at your own home if preferred to get a real feel of the person for whom we are preparing this final gift.  Here is some of the work we have done in the past (all posted with permission of our customers)
